How a Fresh Look Estimate and Clean Works
Five steps, from the first text to the day the crew leaves. Most of it happens without anyone standing in your driveway.
Five steps, and you are only needed for one of them
For most exterior services you do not have to be home. We need access and an outside water connection.
Tell us about the property
Call, text or send the form. We take your address and what you want cleaned. Most of the time that is all we need to price it.
A written estimate, usually without a visit
For most residential work we estimate remotely from property data and satellite measurement. If the scope needs a closer look, we come out, and it is still free.
Options, not pressure
The estimate sets out the recommended work and the price. Where it makes sense we give you bundled options so you can choose what fits the property and the budget. We do not push work you do not need.
Scheduling, and you do not need to be there
Once you accept we schedule and stay in touch up to the day. For most exterior services you do not have to be home, as long as we have access and a water connection.
The day itself
We inspect and confirm the scope before starting, protect the surrounding property, then use the right method for each surface. If we find something that changes the job, you hear about it before we do it, not on the invoice.
What happens before the water turns on
We walk the property and confirm the scope against what was quoted. Landscaping, furniture and anything else in the way gets moved or covered, and plants near roof work are wet down before the solution goes up.
Then each surface gets its own method. Roof under 100 PSI. Siding under 500. Concrete through a rotary surface cleaner rather than a wand. If we find something that changes the job, you hear about it before we do it, not on the invoice.
What we need from you
Two of these matter on the day itself, and they are the two that save the most time:
- Move what you can out of the way. Patio furniture, grills, planters, door mats, decorations and anything else sitting against the areas we are cleaning. We will move what is left, but a clear surface cleans faster and nothing of yours gets handled.
- A working exterior water source. We need an outside spigot that runs. If yours is shut off for the season, turned off at an interior valve or does not hold pressure, tell us before the day rather than on it.
- The property address, so we can measure it.
- What you want cleaned, roughly. We will tell you what else is worth doing while we are there.
- Anything unusual about the property: a well, a septic field, delicate plantings, a dog in the yard, a gate code.
What you do not need to do
You do not need to be home, take a day off, pay a deposit to get a price, or sit through a sales visit. We do not run a pitch. The estimate says what we recommend and what it costs, and where it makes sense it gives you bundled options so you can pick what fits the budget.
After the job
We walk the work before we leave, put back what we moved, and check the downspouts if gutters were part of it. If something is not right, tell us and we will come back. That is the whole of the guarantee, and it is short because it does not need to be long.
