HOAs, property managers, apartment communities, retail, restaurants, offices and banks. Building washing, concrete and sidewalks, exterior glass, masonry, entrances, breezeways and stairwells, on recurring programs and after hours where the property needs it.
Christmas lighting is the tenth service, run separately
Holiday lighting is not an add on an exterior cleaning crew squeezes into November, so it is run as its own company with its own crew and its own calendar. Same owner, same standards. The quote is all inclusive: design, the commercial grade lights themselves, installation, service calls all season, takedown in January and storage until the following year.
Gutter cleaning runs into December on this side, which puts the two services in the same few weeks. Cleaning first, then the lights, saves a second ladder trip.
What we will not do
Naming the boundary is worth more than pretending there is not one. We are an exterior cleaning company, and we do not take work outside that:
- General handyman
- Landscaping
- Painting
- Roof replacement
- Major roof repair
- Construction
- Remodeling
- Plumbing
- Interior janitorial and house cleaning
- Any job where high pressure would create an unreasonable risk of damaging the surface
The last one matters most. If high pressure would create an unreasonable risk of damaging a surface, we decline the job rather than doing it badly and hoping. That is also why almost everything on this site is soft washed.
