What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Short, because the answer is short.
What we collect
When you send an estimate form we receive the first name, phone number, property address and service selection that you type into it. When you call or text (765) 388-9554 we have your phone number, and when you email info@freshlookexterior.com we have your email address. That is the whole list.
What we do with it
We use it to prepare your estimate, to schedule work, and to contact you about that work. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not working on your job.
Messages
If you give us a phone number we may text you about your estimate or your appointment. Standard message rates apply. Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop.
The website itself
This site does not run advertising trackers. Any analytics we use are for counting visits and understanding which pages people read, not for building a profile of you.
Getting your information removed
Call or text (765) 388-9554, or email info@freshlookexterior.com, and ask. We will delete what we hold, apart from records we have to keep for completed work and invoicing.
