Grease, gum, soda spill and traffic film build in a narrow band right where customers walk, and no amount of clean glass compensates for it. That band cleans on a much shorter cycle than the building does, which is why retail and food service usually want a small frequent visit rather than a large rare one.

Grease is chemistry, not pressure

Kitchen exhaust drift on a rear wall and cooking grease worked into a sidewalk are degreaser problems. Pressure alone moves them around and drives them deeper into the pores. They get treated first, then lifted.

Where the run off matters we contain and collect it rather than letting it reach a storm drain.

Before opening, or after close

Insurance and paperwork

We are fully insured, and certificates go to whoever needs them before the first visit. If your property requires a specific limit, an additional insured endorsement or a vendor onboarding process, say so on the first message and we will handle it before anything is scheduled.
